Hard to find maker, model, and type.  Great functional folding guards.
 
Condition:  Handle material has no cracks.  Opens as it should.   Some snap left on close, open, and half stop.  Light signs of age.  The guard pin and guard side scale pin could use a little tightening to be picky.  When it closes the guards can get a little stuck.  SEE PICTURES.
 
4 3/4" long when closed.  8 1/2" long when open.
