Hard to find maker, model, and type.  Great functional folding guards.
 
Condition:  Handle material has no cracks.  Opens as it should.  Lock back works.  Guards work good.  Some snap left on close, open, and half stop.  Light signs of age.  SEE PICTURES.
 
4 3/4" long when closed.  8 1/2" long when open.
