Not just a hard to find old USA knife maker but hard to find advertising as well.
 
Made by W.H. Co..  (Whitehead & Hoag Company)  Advertising for I.E. Schilling.  "Compliments of the Season 1926"
 
Neither scale has any cracks or chips.  The advertising can still be read on both side.  Bolsters are still nice and strong but do have somesigns of age.  Both blades open and close.  No snap left.  SEE PICTURES.
