Vintage Utica Cutlery Co. pocket knife "SCOUT".  Three blade.  Made in the USA in the 1920's I believe.
 
3 1/2" long when closed.  Black delrin scales.
 
One of the smaller blades has great snap. The other small blade has no snap.  The main blade has light snap.  All blades could use a cleaning/buffing if wanted.  No cracks or chips in the scales.  The bolsters are in good shape.  SEE PICTURES.
