Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
BEAUTIFUL SCALES!  Transparent multi colored celluloid.
 
Marked Utica Cut Co. Utica NY. Older carbon steel blades. Made in the 1930's or earlier.
 
No chips found in either scale.  Some discolor on bolsters and badge.  No snap left on blades.  Couple very small hairline cracks on scales.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3" long when closed.
 
THIS SHOULD CLEAN UP VERY NICE IF THE BLADES AND METAL AREAS ARE BUFFED.
