VERY INTERESTING POCKET KNIFE.  I'm guessing this is from the 1950's or so.
 
11 different tools including a corkscrew, file scissors, saw, etc.
 
Vintage and from the same estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
3 3/4" long when closed not including the loop.
 
All tools open and close properly.  Light signs of use only on all tools.  The handle material which looks to be delrin has no chips or cracks.
