Vintage and from the same estate sale....
 
THIS IS AN EARLY SHAPLEIGH HDWE CO. ST LOUIS MO. POCKET KNIFE.  MADE IN THE USA.  I believe it is pre WW2.  The company opened in the late 1800's. 
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks or chips.  The knife still has its badge.  The blades have some signs of age but no chips.  One of the blades doesnt seat perfectly.
 
2 3/4" long when closed.
