THIS IS AN EARLY SHAPLEIGH HDWE CO. Diamond Edge POCKET KNIFE.  MADE IN THE USA.  
 
Celluloid scales.
 
Condition:  Scales have no cracks or chips.  The blades have some signs of age as seen in pictures.  Half stops.  One blade has snap on close and the other doesnt.
