Two blade.  Marked Sears USA 95428.  I believe these were made by Camillus.
 
Brown wood handle.  That would date this to the 1950's to 1960's.  3 5/8" long body when closed.
 
Good shape with light signs of use and age.  Great snap on both blades.  Still has its bail.  Faded on one side.  See pictures.
