Made by Schrade Walden in NY USA between 1946 and 1973.  Model 195.
 
Cream celluloid scales with bail.  Sheepsfoot blade.
 
Still has its bail.  The scales are nice with no cracks or chips.  The blade has no damage.  Fantastic snap on blade when opening as well as closing.  Overall very light signs of age and or use.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3 7/8" when closed.  Single blade.
