Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
You get both knives in this sale. 
 
Vintage Schrade USA 120T Old Timer Folding Pocket Knives.  Both saw cut delrin.
 
Both still have their shields and all bolsters.  No cracks or chips in any scales.  Both open as they should.  Light snap on one and none on the other.  One blade tip is broke.  Both blades could be cleaned up nicely but are currently in need of buffing etc.  SEE PICTURES.
