Vintage Sabre pocket knife from an estate sale.  I believe this is from either the 1970's or 1980's. but could be older.
 
Sabre 676 Stainless Steel.  Congress.
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks or chips.  The blades have some signs of age but should polish up it wanted.  Some snap left.
 
3 1/4" when closed.
