Old...antique...and beautiful!  Authentic Russell pocket knife with great patina.  Barlow type with bone handles.  All carbon steel and no brass.   Based on the tang stamp I would date this to 1934-1941.
 
Both blades open as they should.  The real bone handles have are still in good shape.  Both blades open and close.  No snap left.  The bolsters are both in great shape and present their R logo proudly.   SEE PICTURES.
