Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Two blade.  Marked Robeson Cutlery Co. Shuredge, and USA.  There is some interesting information regarding the Robeson Cutlery Co. online.  You should check it out.
 
At most, wear consistent with a vintage knife.   No damage to either blade or the handle material.  Great shape left on both blades.  SEE PICTURES.
 
2 3/4" long body when closed.  GOOD CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR.
