Vintage and from an estate sale.  1942 WW2 pocket knife.
 
Condition:  Neither scale has cracks.  One scale is warped as seen in a few pictures.  Opener and spoke are in good shape.  Both open and close.  No snap.  Still has its bail.  One blade is broke.  Selling for parts or repair.  SEE PICTURES.
