Vintage REMINGTON UMC model R5 "Gentleman".  Made in the USA.  Vintage and from an estate sale.
 
Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.  Single blade.  I believe this was made in the 1980's,
 
Never used as seen in pictures.  Snap, lock, etc. is all great.  Some light signs of age on bolsters and box.  SEE PICTURES.
