Vintage / antique Remington UMC made in the USA between 1933-1935.  Model R4593 as marked on the tang.  Double blade muskrat.
 
Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
The outside of the knife is in GREAT condition.  Scales, bolsters, and spine are all great.  Both blades have fantastic snap on full open and close.  Blades have some light signs of age.   SEE PICTURES.
