This is a larger pocket knife at 5 1/4" long when closed.  Made in the USA by Queen Steel.  I believe it is model #44 and made in the 1970's but please use your best judgement.  Marked with the Queen Steel hallmark on its tang.  Single blade.
 
Some signs of age here and there.  Could using a cleaning and polishing of the blade if wanted.  scuffs on the blade.  I believe it will have snap if the inside is cleaned.  SEE PICTURES.
