Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Croton Ohio.
 
Parker-Frost USA.  Marked 1978-12 and 0320.  Double blade.  Made in the USA. 
 
Light signs of age on blades but no chips or breaks.  Good snap.  SHOULD CLEAN UP NICELY.
