Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1960's.
 
Beautiful candy Striped handle.  Marked N.Y. M. Co. Japan.
 
Condition:  Light signs of age as it is a vintage knife.  Opens and closes as it should.  Should clean up if wanted.  Still has the loop.
