VERY INTERESTING POCKET KNIFE.  Military?
 
From what I have found online this was mostly made for fishermen or farms where rope is used.  The marlin hook is for help loosening knots. 
 
Perfect knife for a boater! 
 
3 3/4" long when closed not including the loop.
 
It looks like it has been sitting in a collection.  Signs of handling but not of use.  Everything works as it should.  Original snap on all blades.
 
COOL KNIIFE!!  Marked only with "stainless steel".
 
Will be protected well and insured.
