Old...antique...USA made...and beautiful!  Authentic pocket knife with great patina.  My guess is that this is from the very early 1900's.  Im not sure of the maker.
 
No cracks in either scale.  blade opens and closes.  Snap left on full open, full close, and half stop.  All pins are still in place.   SEE PICTURES.
 
3 1/2" long when closed.
 
THIS COULD BE WORTH MUCH MORE THAN I AM ASKING DEPENDING ON THE MAKER.
