Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Stainless steel and mother of pearl.  Im assuming the MOP is faux.
 
Locks as it should.  Opens and closes.  Bolsters are in good shape.  Scales have some hairline cracks.  SEE PICTURES.
