Vintage marbled scales.  Probably made in the 1960's or maybe early 1970's.
 
Mystery maker...Im not really sure of the maker but made in the USA for sure as it is an older knife.
 
Condition:  The blades still open and close.  Good snap on both.  The scales and bolsters have signs of age.  SEE PICTURES.
 
Should clean up nicely with a little work.
