Old...antique...and beautiful!  Authentic pocket knife with great patina.  My guess is that this is from the late 1800's very early 1900's.  Its make is a mystery.  My guess is Robeson.
 
Locking back still works as it should.  Still has its badge.  The scales have one chip and a couple hairline cracks.  I believe that the blade has been replaced at one time.   SEE PICTURES.
 
4 3/8" long when closed.  This is a larger pocket knife.
