MYSTERY KNIFE.  Marked only with "USA" and patent 2297655.  Looks to be made in the 1970's.
 
Some signs of age as seen in pictures.  No cracks or chips in the handles.  Blades could be cleaned up.  Both blades fold out as they should.  Light snap left.
