Vintage and from the same estate sale.  Gotta love these old GRAVITY PIN LOCK pocket knives.  Harder to find than other lock types.
 
Red, pearl silver, and black pin stripe scales!  I believe this was made by Imperial USA but please use your best judgement.
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks or chips.  The blade has no chips or cracks.  THE GRAVITY LOCK WORKS PERFECTLY.  Snap on open and close.
 
3" when closed.  The blade is 2 1/16" long.
