Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Beautiful scales.  Deep mother of pear.  Gold writing on the front which states "Say it with Flowers".  Florist pocket knife?
 
No cracks or chips in the scales.  Still has its bail.  The blade looks like it was used a couple times if at all.  Snap left.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3 7/8" long when closed.  Im assuming the scales are faux mother of pearl.
