Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Harder to find three blade and not two.  Made in Chicago Ill.  Marked KLEIN & SONS.
 
Still has the loop.  All three blades open as they should.  One locks in place.  Light snap left.
 
Brown delrin handle  That would date this to the 1950's to 1960's as they stopped using bakelite in the 1940's.
