Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Two blade.  Made in Chicago Ill.  Marked KLEIN & SONS "O".
 
Really good shape.  It doesnt look like it was used more than a couple times.  Very tight with original snap.  Still has the loop.  Some yellowing from oil on the blades.  Should clean up to almost mint if wanted.  SEE PICTURES.
