Vintage.  I believe this is from the 1960's. Marked Jowika "Republic of Ireland". Condition:  Scales have no cracks.  Light signs of age only on bolsters.  All tools are there.  Not much snap.  One bent tool.  SEE PICTURES. 3 5/8" long when closed. Location D2-24
