IMPERIAL USA "TEXAS TOOTHPICK" pocket knife.  Based on the tang stamp this was made between 1956 and 1988.
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks.  Bolsters are in great shape.  Opens and closes.  No snap left.  Slight pealing on one of the scales edge.  SEE PICTURES.
 
4 1/4" when closed.  Single blade.
