Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Marked Imperial.  Made in the USA between 1956-1988.  Double blade.  Older carbon steel blades.
 
Both blades have snap on full open and full close.  No cracks or chips in the scales.  Light signs of age.  SEE PICTURES.
