Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
Marked Imperial.  Made in the USA between 1956-1988.  Double blade.
 
Signs of age on blades.  No cracks or chips in scales.  The bolsters are in good shape with no dings.   SEE PICTURES.
