Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1950's.
 
Beautiful black design handle.  Marked Imperial Prov. USA. Stainless Steel.  
 
Condition:  Light signs of age only.  The blades look like they have only been used a couple times at most.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  Great snap left on both blades.   There used to be print on one handle which has worn off.  See pictures.
 
Small knife.  2 3/4" when closed.  Double blade.  SEE PICTURES.
