Good old pocket knife from an estate sale out of Newark Ohio.
 
BEAUTIFUL TRANSLUCENT CELLULOID HANDLES!  They look even better in person.
 
Made between 1936-1952.
 
Marked Imperial etc..  Made in the USA.  Double blade.  Older carbon steel blades. 
 
No cracks in the beautiful handles.  Bolsters are in great condition.  Snap on smaller blade but not larger.   Still has its badge.  Two little indents on a scale barely worth mentioning.  SEE PICTURES.
