Vintage and from the same estate sale.... Vintage Imperial Knife Company pocket knife.  MADE IN THE USA between 1946-1956. Condition:  Handles have no cracks or chips.  The blades have some light signs of age.  Great snap on small blade and no snap left on large. 2 7/8" when closed. Location D2-14
