Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1960's.
 
Beautiful deer head carved handles.  Marked Imperial Prov. USA.
 
Condition:  Light signs of age only.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  No snap left.   Signs of age on blades.  Should clean and polish up nicely.  See pictures.  
 
3 1/4" when closed.  Double blade.  Handles look to be delrin.
