Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1960's.
 
Beautiful Speckled/confetti design handle.  Marked Imperial Prov. USA.
 
Condition:  Light signs of age.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  Some snap left.   See pictures.
 
Small knife.  2 1/4" when closed and not including the loop.  Double blade.  May clean up.  SEE PICTURES.
 
GREAT CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR AS IT HAS A GREAT LOOK ABOUT IT, AND THIS MODEL IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!
