Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1950's.
 
Beautiful black design handle.  Marked Imperial Prov. USA.  Black on one side and metallic on the other.
 
Condition:  Light signs of age on blade.  No cracks or chips in the handle material.  Good snap left on both blades.   See pictures.
 
Small knife.  2 3/4" when closed.  Double blade.  SEE PICTURES.
