Vintage Imperial Knife Company pocket knife.  MADE IN THE USA.  "Kamp-King"  4 blade.
 
GREAT LOOKING HANDLES!  PLEASE SEE PICTURES.
 
Condition:  The handles are in great shape with no cracks or chips.  The blades have some rust which should polish out if wanted. Still has its loop.
