Vintage and from the same estate sale.  Harder to find PROMO knife.  It has an original built in General Motors ignition key along with its standard knife blade.

Condition:  Scales are in good shape with light signs of age only.  No snap left.  Light signs of age on bolsters.  No to very little wobble.   SEE PICTURES.
