Vintage Imperial USA fixed blade hunting knife.  1950's?
 
Blade is 5" long.  Total length is 8 7/8".  
 
Purchased at an estate sale as part of a collection.  The sheath is in great shape and its snap even still works.   The knife has light signs of age and is still strong.  SEE PICTURES.
 
It will be protected well and insured.
