Vintage Imperial Ireland barlow pocket knife.  I believe this is from either the 1970's or 1980's.
 
3 1/4" long when closed.
 
Condition:  Light signs of use on blades only.  Bolsters are in great shape.  No cracks or chips in scales.  No snap left.   SEE PICTURES.
