Vintage or maybe antique "I.P. Hyde" industrial mill knife.  Walnut and brass.  Heavy and very strong.
 
Condition:  Scales have no cracks or chips.  Works as it should.  SEE PICTURES.
 
4 1/2' when closed.  The blade may or may not be aftermarket or handmade.  Sharpened on the opposite side.
