THIS IS AN EARLY "I.K. Co." knife.  MADE IN THE USA.  I believe it is from the 1940's or so.
 
GREAT LOOKING HANDLE!  PLEASE SEE PICTURES.
 
Condition:  Handle has no cracks or chips.  Still has the loop which is usually missing..  The blade has some signs of age but no chips.
 
3 1/2" when closed including the hoop.
