Two blade electricians type knife.
 
The perfect amount of patina.  No damage.  The non main blade is hard to open.  No snap left.  Still has its loop.
 
I would date this to the 1950's but could be older.  Please use your best judgement.
 
3 3/4" long body when closed not including the loop.
