Vintage and from an estate sale.  I believe this was made in the 1960's.
 
Interesting all metallic design.  (it is not missing the handle material)  Marked HAMMER BRAND USA.
 
Condition:  All blades open and close. Some signs of age on blades. Surface rust which will clean up if wanted. Some signs of use on main blade. No loop. See pictures.
