Hard to find maker.  "CORNWALL KNIFE CO." out of New York.  1930's?
 
Two blade.  Marked on the tang.  There is some interesting information regarding the Robeson Cutlery Co. online.  You should check it out.
 
Some snap left.  Still has its sheild.  Scales have no cracks but the rear scale is missing part of its bottom as seen in pictures.  Some signs of age on metal.  SEE PICTURES.
 
2 7/8" long body when closed.  GOOD CHANCE FOR A COLLECTOR.
