2005 advertisement for CED (Consolidated Electrical Distributors).  Marked Ideal on the leather sheath and knife badge.  Made by Colonial and model 440.
 
Good shape as seen in pictures.  Not used much.  Everything opens as it should and closes with good snap.   Still has its bail and leather sheath.  SEE PICTURES.
 
3 3/4" when closed.  Multi blade.
